Warranty Coverage
CABINETS - 10 YEARS LIMITED WARRANTY
This warranty is only applicable to all standard cabinets manufactured by BelKitchen. BelKitchen warrants to original consumer purchasers for a period of ten years from the original date of purchase against defects in workmanship and materials subject to the exclusions and limitations that are indicated below. This is applicable only to the original homeowner purchaser for as long as they own and reside in the residential structure in which the cabinetry was originally installed.
This guarantee covers all the following parts of kitchen system :
- Cabinet frames
- Cabinet doors/Drawer fronts
- Fully extending drawers
- Drawer railings
- Shelves of tempered glass and normal shelves
- Plinths
- Cover Panels
If warranted products are found to contain defects covered under this limited warranty, BelKitchen may either repair the individual cabinet(s) or replace the individual cabinet(s).
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover defects or damage that are not directly or primarily the result of BelKitchen including but not limited to damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, alteration, mishandling, improper installation, improper storage, failure to provide reasonable/necessary maintenance or by fire, flood, exposure to moisture, exposure to extreme temperatures, the effects of normal wear and tear or other acts of nature. BelKitchen accepts no responsibility for glass breakage except for faulty workmanship or materials during time of installation.
This warranty shall become void if the products are in any way modified, improperly installed, repaired or damaged prior to or during installation by unauthorized person and/or corporation, or install and/or utilized in other than normal residential applications.
The Customer needs to present the Warranty Card (issued by BelKitchen upon project completion) in order to claim the warranty. BelKitchen reserves the rights to decline the warranty claim if the Customer failed to present the necessary documents.
